As a business owner you don’t use social media for kicks...you do it for the CLICKS.
So how do you get your customers to pull up a chair or swipe up to your eatery on UberEats?
Here’s some tips for writing social media posts that will create buzz and orders. Bon Appetit!

Serve up the best pics
Get your customers' mouths watering with some carefully chosen pictures of your top menu choices. Don’t just post a picture of your establishment from the sidewalk and write: Join us for dinner tonight! Think seasonal. Think food pairings. A picture may say a thousand words, but your words should be two simple ones: EAT ME. .
Quality isn't just in the food
Speaking of pictures...make sure they are FLAWLESS. Your smartphone can probably do the trick, but don’t be afraid to invest in lighting. A simple lightbox or ring light can give the added quality you need. If you just don’t have an eye for that sort of thing, Gold Clover Digital Solutions would be happy to connect you with one of our creative photography team members.
Serving up sunshine
The weather often determines the menu, especially if you have a patio. Set up notifications on your weather app so you never get caught in the rain. Match your daily specials to the weather that day. Highlight cold drinks on a hot day or hot soup on a cold day. Craft your message to match. Beat the heat at Dino’s Gelaterie...we’re scooping Raspberry Dream and Lemon Drop all night long!
Hump Day Motivation
People are always looking for reasons to eat out or order in on any given day. They just need a little nudge and you will be ready to dish out the comfort foods they crave. Try a different hook for every day of the week. Got the Monday Blues? Spice up your week with our zesty nacho platter. Is it only Wednesday?! Our Crispy Korean Fried Chicken will help you over Hump Day.
Where everybody knows your name
Make your customers part of the family and the stars of the show! Snap photos of them enjoying a delicious meal or drink. Customers will feel special and want to come back. Most importantly, don’t forget to tag them because their friends might end up being your next customers. @Brad123 dared to try our delicious but sinfully spicy hot wings...will you be next?
